In September 2020, Tiffany took the bold step in her career journey by acquiring Fringes Salon, showcasing her distinctive flair for business. Jolene Brown

As a continued education teacher and Wella Color educator, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her craft. From a young age, she has nurtured a passion for artistic expression, leading her to pursue a profession where creativity takes center stage. Specializing in crafting stunning fashion colors, precision men's haircuts, eye-catching highlights, and perfecting formal styling and updo's, Daphne is a skilled professional in the salon. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she welcomes clients to converse in either language. Junior Stylist
Eliza Belair joined the Fringes Salon team on August 20, 2024, bringing a fresh and creative approach to hair design. A recent graduate of Capitol Beauty School, Eliza earned her cosmetology certification in March 2024, where she honed her skills and developed a passion for transforming her clients’ looks with precision and style.
Starting her career at Fringes as an apprentice under the mentorship of Tiffany, Eliza quickly demonstrated her natural talent and dedication to the craft. With a strong foundation in advanced techniques and a keen eye for detail, she has confidently transitioned into building her own growing clientele.

In 2022, Kelsie graduated from Capitol Beauty School, earning her cosmetology license. While she has a passion for the craft of hairstyling, she chose to broaden her horizons within the cosmetology industry. This exploration led her to Fringes Salon, where she combines her management expertise with her love for beauty, ensuring that both clients and staff thrive in a welcoming environment. Outside of her professional life, Kelsie is a dedicated mother to two boys, finding joy and fulfillment in raising her family. With a deep passion for helping others, she strives to create meaningful connections and foster supportive relationships in both her personal and professional life.
